We have been in business since 2018 on a very small word-of-mouth scale servicing Toyo stoves in the Valley. We are a husband and wife team that likes to burn the candle at both ends, so we decided to hit the ground running and activate the business on a larger scale in the Fall of 2024.

The Toyo Guy can take care of all your Toyo stove needs, from basic cleanings to annual full service and repairs. We have a fully stocked mobile shop that can come to you for service at your home or business. Give us a call today to get on our schedule!
We will also have a shop location in Big Lake (coming winter 2024/2025) where you can drop off your Toyo stove for service or repairs, as well as purchase parts for those who are DYI people.

Yes, we only service Toyo (Toyotomi) brand stoves.
We currently service all of the Mat-Su Valley: Palmer, Wasilla, Meadow Lakes, Big Lake, Houston, Willow, Talkeetna & Trapper Creek area.
If the interest is there, we will head south of the Valley to Girdwood, Seward, Kenai & Homer but would need to have several on the list in order to make the trip that way. Give us a call to get on this list and we'll let you know as soon as we're planning a trip.
Our prices vary depending on what type of Toyo Stove you have and what service you are needing done. Please click on the link below under 'Forms' and download our pricing handout that breaks down all of our current services and pricing.
Payment for all services are due in full at time of completion. We accept the following types of payments:
The length of a standard base service without any surprises, will usually take 2-3 hours. Repairs will vary depending on the issue. We aim to complete all services and repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our schedule varies a bit depending on where you are located. Typically we are usually about a week out (sometimes less), but that could get stretched out a little the further north we go as we like to have at least a few clients on the schedule for Talkeetna/Trapper Creek areas. Same would go for heading south to the Peninsula.
If you have an after- hours emergency (no heat) text us at 907-715-7886 with the word 'EMERGENCY' as the first part of your text. Please also include the following information: Your name, phone #, location, Toyo stove model # and what the issue or code is and how much fuel you currently have in your oil tank.
We will do our best to contact get back to you as soon as possible and see what we can do to help. If it's determined that we need to be called out onsite, our emergency/holiday call out fee is an additional $200.00 that will be added to the standard call out rate (for a total of $400 call out fee during emergency situations).
We will come out onsite, assess the issue and provide you with a price to fix it. Or if we determine that it's beyond repair and you do need to have a full service package done, we will credit you 50% of the standard call out fee ($100) off your total bill.

We schedule all service appointments during our normal business hours. If you are unable to schedule within that timeframe, let us know and we'll see what we can do to accommodate a possible weekend appointment for you.
